Scuba Diving Certification Courses

Cairns Dive Centre is one of the largest certifying agencies in the world. It have been operating in Cairns for many years, maintaining outstanding customer service. Cairns Dive Centre offers day cruises and live aboard trips for the snorkeller and scuba divers, as well as learn-to-dive courses through all levels from Open Water to Instructors. They are an SSI training centre.

Please note:
Australia requires that all open water students complete a diving physical (one that conforms to Australian Standard AS 4005.1) as part of the certification course. Your certifying dive shop will provide the opportunity to complete the physical with a doctor as part of the course. The cost of the physical is approximately $48 Australian, and is in addition to the cost of the certification course.
